Ashlyn Parrish

Good design is a language not a style. What do you want yours to say?
Hi! I’m Ashlyn Parrish. I currently work at Midwest Single Source as a Digital Brand Strategist. Some of my past jobs included SJCF Architecture, Wichita State Athletics, and the National Baseball Congress. I’ve been creating digital designs for over half my life. It began when I discovered photoshop on the family computer back in 2010. I started out creating “cute” edits of friends or sport idols and the obsession grew. I took classes on the subject in high school and what started out as a hobby soon turned into a life-long passion. I graduated last year from Wichita State University with a major in Communication, and an emphasis in arts & sociology. I’m a self-proclaimed “Font Snob” and my friends often roll their eyes when I point out random signs and begin to ramble about the font choice, typeface, kerning and so on. In my free time I love stepping out and helping others strengthen their brand and aesthetics, whether that be through a rebrand, an upgrade, or just showing business owners how to use the style they already have more effectively. I’m proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I love meeting new people, so don’t hesitate to reach out and let’s talk design (:
